Exhibitor Prospectus

The planning committee of the nationally recognized South Eastern Seaboard Emergency Nurses Symposium (SESS) invites you to participate in the exhibitor show at our 11th annual event April 8-11, 2010 at the Embassy Suites Kingston Plantation Hotel in North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. We anticipate an attendance of 300 or more emergency nurses from across the 5 states of the SESS region- SC, NC, VA, FL, and GA in addition to nurses attending from other states as well as the military.

As always, our exhibitor partners are invited to participate in all onsite events- starting off with the opening reception in the exhibit hall on Thursday evening. This year we have extended the hours and will open the hall earlier in the evening. You are also invited to come to our annual Friday night featured costume party- the them this year is "Pirates of the Carolinas" which will also include fundraising activities for the ENA Foundation with "Walking the Plank".

We hope you will put us on your agenda and make SESS a priority for you to attend.
